“What payment
options to you accept?”
We accept Visa, MC, Amex and is is done through a 3rd party processor in Canada -
Beanstream™. The name that appears on your credit card
or bank statement is “GolfCult”. We also accept Paypal and Canadian customer can contact us to submit email payment transaction. GolfCult does not store (or see) any of your financial information on
our servers. Please see our Privacy
Policy for more information. If you want to submit payment via snail mail please contact steve@golfcult.com

“What currency are your prices?”
All prices are in
Canadian dollars. Check the latest exchange rates.
“How are the items shipped?”
In Canada, all items are shipped Expedited Parcel through
Canada Post. Purolator is used for all
International orders. You will be
supplied with a tracking number once your item(s) are shipped, so that you may
track the shipment.
“Where do you ship
to?”
Canada and the Continental US (Customers in Alaska and
Hawaii contact us directly). Shipping
times may vary depending on where you are located.
"What taxes are
applicable?”
Canadian customer pay GST and HST for Ontario customers.
“I'm in the US am
I responsible for Customs charges?”
Yes! Golf Cult does not control the additional customs charges
and duties that may be incurred. These
fees are the responsibility of the buyer, we will not refund orders if you refuse to pay the customs charges.
“I know that not
all sizes fit the same, what can you tell us about your sizes?”
The Bamboo Flex Polos and T’s are meant to be a tighter
fit. We suggest you order one size larger
than your regular size.
The Cotton Polos are a traditional fit – we suggest you
order the size that you would normally wear.
The Performance Polos are a traditional fit - we suggest
you order the size that you would normally wear.
“Some of your
shirts are Bamboo, isn’t that just a gimmick?”
We can honestly say that Bamboo Golf shirts are high
quality, soft, and comfortable. You will
never look at regular cotton again after wearing Bamboo. Even in the hot humid
days of summer you will be comfortable and cool. Regardless of the natural wicking abilities, resource
sustainability, and natural anti-bacterial qualities - we just love the feel of
it! Nuff said.
“What is your
return policy?”
We want you to love your GolfCult clothes and hats – and wear
them proudly! If you are not happy with
your purchase, simply contact us at sales@golfcult.com. Returns will be accepted if clothing is unworn
and unwashed only. All charges incurred as the
result of an exchange or return (ie. shipping, duties, and taxes) are the
customer's responsibility.
